   Area Protection

   Adjacent structures, driveways, fencing, and landscaping are protected. Utilities are properly disconnected and capped before work begins.

   Demolition

   Walls and roof are dismantled in controlled stages. Slab removal is performed when needed using concrete-cutting equipment. All work is performed by trained crews in proper PPE.

4. 4

   Completion & Cleanup

   Debris is sorted, hauled, and disposed at licensed facilities. Site is left graded, level, and ready for reconstruction, repaving, or landscaping.
